Whole Wheat French Crepes
Makes 12 – 7 inch crepes
2/3 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
Whisk eggs, milk, butter and salt until well combined.
Sift flour , then add liquid mixture, beating until well combined.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Brush bottom of crepe pan with butter, over mod heat, pour 2 tbsp batter into skillet, tipping quickly so batter covers bottom. Cook until crepe edges golden brown (approx 1 min) and turn over for 30 sec.
